In my case, I use the domain\administrator be my AOS account.
After I change the password for domain\administrator, I cannot open my AOS service.
Why it happen?
It is because the AOS service will not update the new password for the service account.How to fix it?
We can fix it by change the service account password in the service.1. Open the Service in the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools.
2. Select the AOS Service, the default name usually is "Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server ** -MicrosoftDynamicsAX".
3. Right click this Service, and choose "properties".
4. Click the "Log On" Tab. Here will show you which account specify for this service. We need update the new password in here.
5. After you update the new password in here. Click "Apply" and "OK".
Now, you can start your AOS service after update the new password.
